This August, the faculty ideas to open up a group centre at 911 Ligonier St. The heart will residence the college’s Little Business Progress Heart and Rating Westmoreland.

Briana Tomack, president and CEO of the Increased Latrobe-Laurel Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, described the group center as a “great concept,” adding that she thinks it will carry much more individuals to Latrobe.

Jim Kunkel, the govt director of the college’s Modest Business enterprise Progress Middle, agreed.

He thinks the community heart falls in line with Saint Vincent’s intention to be a group chief.

“It’s an additional nod to how we’re relocating forward collectively,” Mallory reported.
